> THE_SHORT_VERSION
Buffalo Gold Rush Solitaire is a free game supported by optional ads and in-app purchases. We collect anonymous gameplay and crash information to fix bugs and improve the game, and our advertising partners use your device’s advertising identifier to show and measure ads — with a consent dialog first where the law requires one.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location. There is no account to sign in to. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play — we never see your card details. We do not sell your information. Your game progress is backed up automatically under a random code, so you can move it to a new phone.
Reward ads only ever play when you choose to watch one. Full-screen ads are shown only occasionally, between claims, to long-time players who have never made a purchase; any purchase turns them off for good.
01
Who we are
Buffalo Gold Rush Solitaire is published by El Destro 5000. This policy covers the Buffalo Gold Rush Solitaire mobile game on Android (application identifier com.eldestro5000.buffalogoldrush), distributed through Google Play.
02
What we collect
Analytics information is collected through Google Firebase Analytics and crash reports through Google Firebase Crashlytics; Google acts as our data processor for both.
GAMEPLAY EVENTS
A claim started or won, the stars earned, a Daily Dig reward collected, a card back bought, nuggets earned or spent inside the game.
Why: to understand which parts of the game are enjoyed, too hard, or never seen. Nugget amounts are game currency — not money or payment data.
AN ANONYMOUS INSTALL IDENTIFIER
A random value generated on your device the first time the game runs.
Why: so events from one installation can be grouped together.
CRASH AND PERFORMANCE DATA
The point in the code where a crash or error happened, the app version, device model and operating system, and diagnostic context (collected with Firebase Crashlytics).
Why: to find and fix crashes.
BASIC DEVICE AND APP INFORMATION
Device model, operating system version, app version, language.
Why: to reproduce bugs and know which devices to support.
ADVERTISING DATA (ADS ONLY)
Your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, coarse (city-level) location derived from it, information about the apps installed on your device, and which ads were shown and tapped.
Why: our advertising partners use this to serve relevant ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance. See section 03 for who receives it and the choices you have.
03
Advertising
The game shows reward ads that only play when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. Long-time players who have never made a purchase may also see an occasional full-screen ad between claims.
Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation, which requests ads from ironSource Ads, Google AdMob and Unity Ads. These networks receive the advertising data described in section 02 and act as independent controllers of it. See Unity’s privacy policy (Unity Ads and LevelPlay), ironSource’s ads privacy notice and how Google uses information from apps that use its services (AdMob).
Your choices about ads
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent dialog appears before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice later from the game’s Settings. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your device’s advertising identifier in Android’s own Settings › Privacy › Ads.
Making any in-app purchase turns off full-screen ads for good. Reward ads remain available but, as always, play only when you tap to watch one.
04
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment details; we never receive your card number or billing address — only confirmation that a purchase completed, so we can deliver what you bought.
Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
05
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any payment information. There is no account, no chat, and no social feature.
06
Information stored only on your device
Your game progress and settings — nugget balance, claims cleared and stars, Daily Dig streak, card backs, sound and vibration settings — are saved on your device. There is no account to sign in to.
Automatic Cloud Backup. So that progress is not lost when you change phones, the game automatically backs up a copy of that game progress to Google Firebase (Realtime Database) under a random backup code, when you win a claim, collect a Daily Dig reward, make a purchase, change card back, or leave the game. You can see the code in Settings › Cloud Backup and enter it on another device to restore your progress. The backup contains only game progress and settings — no name, email or other personal details. Anyone who has your code can restore that save, so keep it private. To have a backup deleted, contact us with the code (shown in Settings › Cloud Backup).
If you allow notifications, Daily Dig reminders are scheduled by your device itself. We do not send push messages from a server.
07
Who your information is shared with
Google, who provide Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and the Firebase Realtime Database (used for Cloud Backup) on our behalf, and Google Play billing. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.
Unity (LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads) and Google (AdMob), for the advertising described in section 03.
We do not sell your information or share it with data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law.
08
Where information is processed, and how long we keep it
Our processors run on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it: analytics event data is deleted automatically after at most 14 months. Crash reports are deleted automatically by Firebase Crashlytics after 90 days. A Cloud Backup is kept so that you can restore your progress, until you ask us to delete it. Ad-serving data is retained by the advertising partners under their own policies.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
09
Children
Buffalo Gold Rush Solitaire is intended for adults and is listed on Google Play with a target audience of 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will remove it.
10
Your choices and rights
Control ads
Use the consent dialog (where shown, or later from the game’s Settings › Ad choices), or reset your advertising identifier in Android settings.
Delete local data
Uninstall the game to remove everything stored on your device.
Ask about or delete collected data
Contact us using the details below. Because we do not collect identifying information, please include your device model and the approximate dates you played so we can locate the relevant records; in some cases we may not be able to identify data as yours.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion or objection. Contact us and we will respond.
Legal bases (EEA and UK)
We rely on your consent for personalised advertising (given or refused in the consent dialog, and changeable at any time from Settings › Ad choices); on performance of our agreement with you to deliver purchases and keep your Cloud Backup; and on our legitimate interests in keeping the game working, secure and free of fraud, and in understanding how it is played, for analytics and crash reports. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us, and you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes — for example a change in the data our ad partners receive — will be described here before they take effect.
