Buffalo & Co. Solitaire is a free game supported by optional ads and in-app purchases. We collect anonymous gameplay and crash information to fix bugs and improve the game, and our advertising partners use your device’s advertising identifier to show and measure ads — with a consent dialog first where the law requires one.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location. There is no account to sign in to. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play — we never see your card details. We do not sell your information.
Buying Remove Ads (or a subscription) turns off banner and interstitial ads. Reward ads only ever play when you choose to watch one.
01
Who we are
Buffalo & Co. Solitaire is published by El Destro 5000. This policy covers the Buffalo & Co. Solitaire mobile game on Android (application identifier com.eldestro5000.buffalocosolitaire), distributed through Google Play.
02
What we collect
Analytics and crash information is collected through Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics), which acts as our data processor.
GAMEPLAY EVENTS
A deal started or won, a hint used, a daily challenge completed, coins earned or spent inside the game.
Why: to understand which parts of the game are enjoyed, too hard, or never seen. Coin amounts are game currency — not money or payment data.
AN ANONYMOUS INSTALL IDENTIFIER
A random value generated on your device the first time the game runs.
Why: so events from one installation can be grouped together.
CRASH AND PERFORMANCE DATA
The point in the code where a crash happened, and diagnostic context.
Why: to find and fix crashes.
BASIC DEVICE AND APP INFORMATION
Device model, operating system version, app version, language.
Why: to reproduce bugs and know which devices to support.
ADVERTISING DATA (ADS ONLY)
Your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, coarse (city-level) location derived from it, information about the apps installed on your device, and which ads were shown and tapped.
Why: our advertising partners use this to serve relevant ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance. See section 03 for who receives it and the choices you have.
03
Advertising
The free version of the game shows ads: banners, occasional interstitials, and reward ads that only play when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward.
Ads are delivered through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation. The ad networks participating in an ad request receive the advertising data described in section 02 and act as independent controllers of it. See Unity’s privacy policy and ironSource’s ads privacy notice.
Your choices about ads
Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent dialog appears before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice later from the game’s Settings. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your device’s advertising identifier in Android’s own Settings › Privacy › Ads.
Buying Remove Ads, or holding an active subscription, turns off banner and interstitial ads entirely. Reward ads remain available but, as always, play only when you tap to watch one.
04
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Google handles your payment details; we never receive your card number or billing address — only confirmation that a purchase completed, so we can deliver what you bought.
Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through the Google Play subscription settings on your device. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
05
What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any payment information. There is no account, no chat, and no social feature.
06
Information stored only on your device
Your game progress and settings — coin balance, streaks, statistics, collection album, volume and haptics — are saved locally on your device. They are not uploaded to an account (there is none). Uninstalling the game removes them.
If you allow notifications, daily-deal and streak reminders are scheduled by your device itself. We do not send push messages from a server.
07
Who your information is shared with
Google, who provide Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics on our behalf, and Google Play billing. See Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.
Unity (ironSource) and the ad networks in our mediation stack, for the advertising described in section 03.
We do not sell your information or share it with data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law.
08
Where information is processed, and how long we keep it
Our processors run on servers that may be located outside your country. Analytics data is retained according to our Firebase configuration and is deleted automatically when that period elapses. Crash reports are retained while they remain useful for fixing the crash. Ad-serving data is retained by the advertising partners under their own policies.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
09
Children
Buffalo & Co. Solitaire is intended for adults and is listed on Google Play with a target audience of 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will remove it.
10

Use the consent dialog (where shown), buy Remove Ads, or reset your advertising identifier in Android settings.
Delete local data
